What 'Completed' means
The Completed badge appears when ParseMe's AI pipeline has finished processing your document end-to-end. Every field defined in your template (or auto-detected) has been extracted, validated, and is ready to export or push to your integrations.
Completed documents are billed against your monthly page quota and the extracted data is permanently stored in your account.
What you can do with completed results
Once a document is completed:
- Download as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, Markdown, or plain text
- Push to any connected integration — Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, QuickBooks, Zapier, or Email
- Use extracted fields to train a custom template for faster future extraction
- Access the raw text as an alternative to structured data
Confidence scores on completed extractions
Every completed extraction carries a confidence score (0–100%). High confidence (80%+) means the AI found clear, unambiguous values. A lower score suggests poor scan quality or hard-to-locate fields. You can always review and correct extracted fields — corrections improve future accuracy on similar documents.
よくある質問
Can I re-extract a completed document?
Yes — upload the same file again. Each extraction counts separately against your page quota.
How long is completed data stored?
Extracted data is stored for the lifetime of your account. Deleting the document removes the data permanently.
Why did only some fields extract correctly?
Partial extraction usually means the field wasn't in the document, the quality was poor, or the template field description needs refinement. Try editing the description and re-extracting.
