What an active integration does
An Active integration is fully configured and ParseMe can successfully reach it. When auto-push is enabled on an active integration, extraction results are sent automatically every time a document reaches Completed status — no manual action required.
You can also push any individual document manually from the document detail page using the 'Send to' menu.
Supported integrations
- Slack — post extraction results to a channel as a formatted message
- Airtable — append each extraction as a new row in your base
- Google Sheets — append a row to any spreadsheet you own
- Notion — create a new page in a database
- QuickBooks Online — create invoices, bills, or expenses from extracted data
- Zapier — trigger any Zap with the full extraction payload
- Email — receive results as an email attachment in JSON, CSV, or Excel

Can I have multiple active integrations?
Yes — configure as many as you like. Each completed document can be pushed to all of them simultaneously.
How do I enable auto-push?
Open the integration card and toggle the 'Auto-push on completion' checkbox. It activates immediately for all future extractions.
