Your integration was connected via OAuth but needs a destination — spreadsheet, database, or entity type — before data can flow.

Why setup is required after OAuth

OAuth integrations (Google Sheets, Notion, QuickBooks) connect your account automatically, but ParseMe can't guess which spreadsheet, database, or company file you want to use. The integration is created in a disabled state so you can configure the destination before any data flows — preventing accidental pushes to the wrong place.

What each integration needs after OAuth

  • Google Sheets — the Spreadsheet ID (the long code in the URL: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/[THIS_PART]/edit) and sheet tab name
  • Notion — the 32-character Database ID from the database page URL
  • QuickBooks — the entity type (Invoice, Bill, or Expense) and optionally Customer/Vendor reference IDs

Where do I find the Google Sheets Spreadsheet ID?

Open your spreadsheet. The Spreadsheet ID is the string of letters and numbers in the URL between /d/ and /edit.

Where do I find my Notion Database ID?

Open your Notion database as a full page. The Database ID is the last 32 characters of the URL before any query string.

Can I change the destination after setup?

Yes — edit the integration at any time to point to a different spreadsheet, database, or entity type.
